Jobs like this draw headcases like dung draws flies.
I bet half of them would be flagged on a municipal police department psych screen.
And their purpose and equipment just DUPLICATES the local police and fire departments, the FBI, etc etc. Why do taxpayers put up with this nonsense? Why do our elected officials allow it?
I would imagine that these are the type of people that wouldn’t hesitate to pull the trigger if ordered.
