Extending a helping hand to the “people” of N. Korea might sound like it’s the right thing to do but it really isn’t. Giving aid would only help to enable the continuation of the circumstances that led to their current situation.
The only hope for the N. Korean people will come when a sizable majority of the military is hungry enough that they are willing to turn their guns towards their leaders and rid themselves of the Stalinist regime that rules over them. Every little bit of “aid” we sent only helps to prolongs that day.
Starving and still they will not remove the man who is starving them.
Just across the border are jobs and work aplenty for cheap labor and these people would work for food, and yet they continue to keep this regime.
While we take corn to make fuel out of it these people starve. I have tomato’s roting in my garden because I cannot give them away fast enough to the neighbors.
There is food in fields all over America gleaners could send to Korea.Stores throw half rotten vegetables in their dumpsters that these people could eat, We waste more than enough to feed N Kora, but their regime would rather have nukes than feed their people. What a silly ,silly place N Korea is.
The money never gets to them, if through the UN, that money is stolen. We can't get guns in there to help the people.
Just so sad, and if you look closely this is America's future with the President we now have, if he had his way, and all the restrictions one can do on your own property.
Isn't Franklin Graham over there getting them some help with their gardens? I thought that is what I saw on Greta's show.
