No kidding. Talkin tough about the border is the EASY-PART, ain’t it? He leaves behind the legacy of a sanctuary state & instate tuition rates + grants to illegal alien demanders and ingrates.
There is a lawsuit being put together by IRCOT the law is really clear on this but more plaintiffs are needed to overturn Gov. Perry’s shenanigans on this.
1) must have oil and gas revenues in Texas and pay taxes on this
2) would not approve of illegal alien tuition breaks over American-citizen students.

I live in TX and I don't have a problem with illegals who have graduated from Texas high schools paying the same tuition other TX HS grads pay.
