I’m anti-unions; but in this case all workers shall be unionized. During construction life and safety shall be checked on a daily basis, any violations shall be accompaigned by “stop work” orders.
Appropriate departments should check that no “undocumented residents” are working on site.
If they plan to build this abomination, workers should assure that it will be over-budget.
IIRC there is an ancient sacred Native-American burial ground at this location. A commission is being formed as we speak. An careful and meticulous archeological excavation will reveal priceless objects. Great care must be taken to see they are not damaged. Each grain of dirt moved will require an environmental impact study.
