For the last forty years, Americans have voted for "easy" over "right" almost every time.

Obama's just doing what history tells him is the way to win.

"You were given the choice of War or Dishonor. You chose Dishonor -- and you will have War." -- Churchill

Socialists buy their way into power with other people's money. Now, there is no money, and the Socialists cannot buy power. Dark days are ahead as they seek other ways to hold on to power.

The GOP must choose carefully. Buying power is just kicking the can down the road and it won't work this time. The GOP must not allow us to go further into debt. That way lies both Dishonor and War.

I am currently reading Ann Coulter’s latest book, “Demonic”. In it she points out how the Democrat Party is the party of the mob. Mobs encourage politicians to do what is easy, not what is right. She cites the passage from the Bible about Pontus Pilate, who although knowing that Jesus was innocent, chose to send Him to an excruciating death because it was the easiest path to take.
