The police need to do a toxicology test on that stuff.
Everyone always walks away laughing “it was only whip cream” or whatever. But I bet a lot of these attacks involve mixed in poisons.
I think it was a message: "We can get to you when we want. Next time it won't be whipped cream".
It's used as a way to intimidate, without subjecting the attacker to serious jail time.
