problem is slower traffic won't stay right. 2-3 times every commute i'm coming down the road doing 75-80, and some jerk doing 71 will pull out in front of me at the last second to pass a truck doing 67.
worse is the trucks that pull the same maneuver to pass a greenie hybrid because it takes twice as long.
