Space always been one of my issues. But until very recently, a seeming majority of FReepers were confirmed Luddites when it came to space. That seems to have changed a bit. I guess some folks don't know what they have until they lose it.
Even in the article that I had posted early this morning does agree with you, to an extent, from a former space veteran himself, John Glenn:
“Some space veterans like John Glenn, the first American in orbit, think five to 10 years is more realistic.”
Would not surprise me if that is true also.
