Eleven years ago, like every citizen elected to serve in Congress or any person appointed to any federal position, I swore an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.”
I’ve always thought it significant that the Founders included domestic enemies in that oath of office. They thought liberty was as much at risk from threats within our borders as from outside, and French political thinker and historian Alexis de Tocqueville agreed with that warning.
In the immediate aftermath of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, the greatest threat to our nation was clear - and foreign. While Islamic terrorism still represents the greatest external threat to America and American lives, the avowed program of the Obama regime has changed the picture in a fundamental way.
For the first time in American history, we have a man in the White House who consciously and brazenly disregards his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution. That’s why I say the greatest threat to our Constitution, our safety and our liberties, is internal. Our president is an enemy of our Constitution, and, as such, he is a danger to our safety, our security and our personal freedoms.

Good luck getting a majority of senate republicans on board with impeachment let alone the democrats.

I've been saying "Impeach the *******" for months now. Every time I do, everyone always posts things like "It'll never pass the Senate."
THIS IS BESIDE THE POINT.
Formal Articles of Impeachment, written by the House, would get huge coverage; and it would be a huge embarrassment to the White House, Bozo personally and the Democrats. And among other things, it would be EXACTLY what this country needs right now -- an example of Republicans doing what is right -- for a change....
If EVER there were a president who qualified for Impeachment.... This one sure does. In fact, I dare say he is OVER-QUALIFIED for it.

America has unnecessarily endured years of hardship that it shouldn't have had to suffer through in the first place and Tancredo is as responsible for that suffering as every member of Congress.
I agree— And I suspect the Republicans will eventually get off their backside and file for IMPEACHMENT a little closer to the election season -when it would have the biggest impact on the American people. The Republicans KNOW there is no more chance of IMPEACHMENT succeeding than Cut Cap and Balance has passing in the Democratic Party controlled Senate. Probably IMPEACHMENT in the House would have about as much —even less success passing the House—than the IMPEACHMENT of that “unusually good LIAR” (Clinton) The 0 has done a lot -with help from the Communist Party USA (Democrat Party) and a people disengaged from politics.
Face it the Republican leadership trust the people Less than the decieving Democrats do. So IF they do find the juevos to IMPEACH I suspect it will come once th eeleciton seaosn begins to heat up-when there is NO chance of finishing the paperwork -but the threat will be there —much like was done to Richard Nixon.
He is impeachable on Libya alone.

I beg to differ. Talk, talk, talk is all that will ever come of it; from Tancredo or anyone else. Actually, I think it would be a mistake, anyhow. Can you imagine the hell that would break loose if “the natives” thought THE ONE was being mistreated? Nope! The only way is to VOTE him out, IMHO.
Tom Tancredo, accused of being a “loose canon” but is one of a very few who will state the truth and fight for America.
