U.S. Code has a providion for the prosecution (I believe this would not just be a civil law suit) of an individual who, in their official capacity denies another person his/her civil rights. Book ‘em, Danno!

Yep. USC Title 18 Sec 242.

There is also Official Oppression. Assault with intent to kill. Terroristic Threats. Assault with a deadly weapon. Carrying of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Unlawful search of a vehicle.

Book him. Try him. Convict him. Toss him in jail for a minimum of 20 years in general population.
