Missing Person Case, PHC issued notice to ISI chief

Peshawar, 23 July, 2011. The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Friday served notices to Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and other in two missing person case. A two- member’s bench comprising, Chief Justice Ijaz Afzal and Justice Mazher Alam was hearing a writ petition filled by Amana Bibi haling by tank. Petitioner council informed the court that on July 17, 2009 security forces raided his client Amna’s brother house , situated in tank and took in custody , Abdul Malik , Petitioner brother and her Husband, Abdul Latif. He argued that the authorities shifted both the missing persons and no body till know about their whereabouts. Police official were appeared before the court in the case in submitted their written reply, “police had registered First Information Report (FIR) on the direction of PHC. But no one has been named in the FIR as petitioner didn’t know about the accused, army official names

Home was raided and persons were taken away by ISI? High Court is petitioning ISI for information regarding the persons taken?

its common pratice in our province , police take the person and than give its to security agencies... and they investegate them all people.. just imagine a weeding day the person miss , so what will be the feeling of his family.. his family now come peshawar high court for justice... in armed state no one have right to say somthing..
