It helps the Muslims because it will further politically correct (if that is possible) the white europeans who may have finally been waking up about muslim immigration. Now there will be more false guilt attached. Plus it kills a bunch of white european kids. More room for the ummah.

The goal has long been to get a blond haired/blue eyed terrorist to be able to thwart any profiling efforts. Additionally if that terrorist can take out those unfriendly to Islamic imperialism (Saudi funded expansion of Islamic colonization of the West), it's a toofer.
