Nope just other natural disasters like massive fires, mudslides when it does rain, and earthquakes. California has its own share of natural problems. Right now, Texas wouldn’t mind a low grade hurricane. It would help with the heat and drought. It could just slide in under Kingsville and head north bringing rain. That would be a blessing.
I read that California just passed its own version of the Dream Act. More proof of how they are racing head first to bankruptcy.

Having lived in both Texas and California, I'd rather deal with the occasional hurricane - at least you get 3-4 days advance warning to prepare. No warnings with an earthquake.
