We have to be prepared to fight back. This guy Breivik was as loony as Charles Manson, the fictional Hannibal Lecter, or any other NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) type you care to mention. He wasn’t crazy, as in paranoid schizophrenic crazy, and knew the difference between right and wrong - which is the reason Norway should either install or revive the death penalty.
But that said, the fact that he quoted virtually everybody in the universe (including Ghandi) in his screed will not be mentioned by the MSM. The only thing they will try to make people remember is that once upon a time, Breivik watched a program on Fox...

Is he as crazy as Barack Hussein Obama?
He seems to me to resemble a Phineas priest. Resentment is largely cultural and idealistic, he's a disappointed and rejectionist idealist, and he lashed out not at Moslems so much as his disappointing fellow-citizens who deviated from the true path. (Remember that Phineas priest Larry Ashbrook went after a Baptist Bible-study class in church.)
The main difference seems to be that Breivik did not commit suicide to complete his act. Phineas priests were said somewhere to do that in order to deprive police investigators of any opportunity to profile their methods and motives.
