A shocking video has been released allegedly showing police officers tasering and beating a homeless man to death who they claim was resisting arrest.
Though the video is not clear, eye witnesses say the homeless man - Kelly Thomas, 37 - was unable to put up any resistance and was lying on the ground on his front when the attack took place on July 5.
His screams and cries for his father can be heard amid the tasering noises.

The city of Fullerton offering to settle is another telling admittance of guilt.
Some are capable of critical thought, some aren't and others are simply not interested in the truth or facts.
These cops probably thought WTH... just another homeless piece of scum. Who would care if we beat the cr@p out of him?
Perhaps if he didn’t have a Father who had been in Law Enforcement and understands the culture of “contempt of cop”... they would have gotten away with this. I just wonder how many other beatings did they get away with?

How about critically looking at the facts in the public sphere right now? How about asking the City of Fullerton why they are hastily offering a settlement to the dead man’s Father to try and make this go away? How about waking up and smelling the coffee? This is so obvious murder by cop and the only investigation they are doing right now while you sit on your worrying hands is how the heck can they suppress the other video they have in their possession. If they can, they will make that video disappear. That’s the crux of their “investigation”.

I also see you live in Germany not here so pretty much removed from what is going on in the US and California in particular.

BTW, I have family (siblings) in law enforcement and truly do understand the challenges and worry about their safety. I also throughout my years have run into many in LE who are not worthy to wear the badge of authority and do abuse it and love to brag about it. So don't go all holy about LE and realize that we here in Orange County California can smell a cover up in the making and don't need to give them more time to fabricate their stories. It is pretty cut and dried... these officers screwed up... now only a matter of determining which officers called the shots that night. That is the only investigation I am awaiting.
