Please pray on this day, and every day, for our Patriot Armed Forces standing in harm's way around the world in defense of our liberty, and for the families awaiting their safe return.

For some reason my wife scheduled a trip from Indy to the beach in SC this weekend. So I’ll be watching this gig on the tube, which isn’t all bad cause it’s been hot as he!!
here in Indy.
It’s gonna be sad to lose the Nationwide race at IRP, that has always been a great place to spectate and won’t be nearly as good next yr at the big track.
For some reason my wife scheduled a trip from Indy to the beach in SC this weekend.
As much as I hate to admit it, you beat me to the punch there, Tork.
I was thinking “Bring back some pictures of the beach, darlin.”
Heh, well at least someone admits they fell for my devious subliminal scheme of posting the fence climber at the top of the thread. I now wonder how many will pick Smoke and not let on till the race is over... Tork? Buehler? Anyone? |
I haven't done my research yet. I've got to go down to the research store and pick up my research partner Jack, then come sit with Ewok and read some Jayski history.
Tony has had his moment of second place fame for this year...
So, you picked Smoke, huh. |
Looks like it’s southbound, we may get sprinkles.
Soooo, what are you saying? We all look alike to you? Hmmm? >:(
:P
Used to pick those, well they didn’t look quite like that...
When I saw this headline I knew Smoke had his A game ready!
Smoke Causes Air Canada 777 Return To Sydney
Well that does it!!! I’m removing him from my list...
no, I didn't catch his name but he is a officer with the Indianapolis PD...
Just got back from Walter Reed Hospital final night to support the troops before they move to the new more modern facilities at Bethesda Hospital.
Your gonna love this.
When the healing troops came back from their off post dinner tonight on the Veterans for Wounded Troops Bus, they stopped, and let us Freepers come on the bus.
Let me repeat that, they let us on the bus.
Heck, I saw one of them spot me outside the bus, come out, give me a hug, and shake my hand.
They just couldn't thank us Freepers enough.
After a 2 1/2 hour drive home, I still have tears in my eyes.
You’re a Good Man...
That must have been incredibly awesome!!
Thank you for supporting the troops by doing as actions speak louder than words.
A tail wag and God’s Blessings to you.
Thank you for being there!
Tell me about the new Hershey Air AGP. I saw a ad for it on our local Talk Radio power house.....
Bingo! 10 points!

INDIANAPOLIS — The roll continued for David Ragan on Saturday at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Ragan’s qualifying lap of 182.994 mph (49.182 seconds) was fast enough to win the pole for Sunday’s Brickyard 400, the 20th Sprint Cup race of the season.
The pole was the second of the season for Ragan, who also picked up his first career Cup victory at Daytona earlier this month.
Kasey Kahne (182.927 mph) will start from the outside of the front row. Early qualifier Jimmie Johnson, who went out 17th, saw his lap of 182.801 mph stand up for third, with Kurt Busch (182.671 mph) claiming the fourth starting spot in a highly competitive time trial session.
Brad Keselowski will take the green flag from the fifth spot, followed by A.J. Allmendinger, Juan Montoya, Jeff Gordon, Matt Kenseth and series points leader Carl Edwards.
David Stremme, Travis Kvapil, Erik Darnell, J.J. Yeley and Scott Wimmer failed to qualify for the 43-car field.
