Freeze the Ceiling
you know that the Government is going to just print the money anyway.....and they will continue to print money whether we get a Ceiling increase or not. Printing money is what America does nowadays......and its like a tax too, since it decreases the dollar. ....and who is it who decides when to print these millions and billions and trillions? Taxation without Representation.

You are right. But few realize just how extreme that inflationary tax from fiat money has already been. How much more drastic than anything likely to result from Conservatives standing fast in the present debate! The Dollar is now worth only slightly over what a penny was worth prior to FDR! Look at gold. Look at sports salaries.
