You have exactly the right idea!!!
This is the time to force this issue.
Attach the total, complete repeal of the tyrannical ObamaCare legislation to everything. I would even be willing to trade a modest (very modest I should say) debt ceiling increase for the complete repeal of every sentence, word and punctuation mark of the ObamaCare bill.

JUST DO IT HOUSE REPUBLICANS!!!
