I am wearing a pair of black New Balance sneakers right now, and I have three, count ‘em three, more identical pairs (11 wide) still in their boxes up in my closet. Every time I go to Kohl’s I pick up another pair or two if they have my size. They’re not particularly expensive, what, $50 a pair or something? Whatever, they are worth it to me. I wear no other shoes. The comfort and durability is astonishing. I love ‘em.

That’s what a lot of people don’t understand, the durability. A pair of NB can last you years (at least mine do anyway) while these cheapo sneakers people buy from Pay less may last a couple months. So in the end they may think they are saving money by buying commie, but they are not as the may go thru 3 or 4 pairs in the time it takes to wear down one NB.

I have bought nothing but New Balance shoes for at least the past 10 years. $49 a pair and they are comfortable and wear like iron. I have bought Nike, Adidas, Rebok, Converse, Champion and they were all wore out in 6 months.
