This is a rather surprising two-fer.

First, CNN actually reported it !

Second, the article quotes the/a DA thus:

District Attorney Seth Williams said his office would seek to prosecute the suspects to the "fullest extent of the law." "We will not tolerate marauding, destructive youth terrorizing our city," he said. "We are also working with the police department to find ways to prevent these destructive and asinine occurrences from happening again."
