My thought exactly. Initially, I thought they’d claim arson (and no investigation could be completed before the recall elections). They’d have gained that strategic advantage.

Well,,, there were some apartments burnt up too. Somebody probably left the stove on. Of course I’m assuming the apartments were upstairs above the offices, which might not be the case.

“You could see smoke coming out of the top of the building,” Hatfield said.

Have to wait for the results of the investigation.
