I've been screaming about baseline budgeting for weeks. We're being scammed by both the democrats AND republicans. I mean it.
We are being played for suckers. And yet, you'll still find people on this very site repeating the mantra over and over again that it's all the democrat's fault, and if we'd just vote for the clowns with "(R)" by their name, everything will be just fine.
Folks, even of the clown has an R by his name, he's still a clown!
This country is doomed, because baseline budgeting can't be explained in 30 seconds.
