The GOP totally caved. You can tell when Graham has the biggest balls in the room (DeMint excepted of course).

Any Republican House member that votes for this catastrophe which even Lindsey Graham recognizes needs to be primaried and removed from office.
They are giving Obama trillions in new spending, cutting the rate of increase in spending only $24 billion next year, setting up HUGE tax increase or cuts to defense next year.
I can’t imagine a more dishonest “deal”.
To: americanophile
The GOP folded in the Senate. The House may be an entirely different matter.
Bring on the default! Lets have it.

(If Obama is reelected some how, in your heart of hearts, then, WHAT does that say about "America"?)
The GOP has just endorsed Obamacare and high-speed rail.

After all the so called “ Great Speeches “ last year during the 2010 election campaign about how they were going to go to Washington and “ Work for, THE PEOPLE “ and get spending under control and repeal Obamacare, please tell us why we voted for these losers ? ..... it was all a lie...
To: americanophile
They counted the votes and Grammesty gets a token pass on this one. RATS win without needing Lindsey’s vote.

There doesn’t have to be a default. They will just have to cut spending to meet revenues.
There are plenty of places where deep cuts can be made without hurting anyone, except useless federal workers, of course.

Not surprised Demint would vote against it, but Graham?!? He's usually right on board with his RINO buddies, Snowe, Collins and Brown. If they lose Graham they might have a hard time getting the 60 to defeat Mike Lee's and Rand Paul's promised filibuster, especially if the dems lose a handful of Senators like Bernie Sanders on the far left.

Just a quick reminder:
- The House passed a repeal of Obamacare
- The House passed CCB
The House needs more reinforcements, in both electable branches
