FWTW. There are a couple of presidential candidates who are often referred to as "Tea Party Favorites"

I don't recall them coming the defense of her Tea Party Caucus members who have been roundly savaged over this. I also do not recall their names being linked with the Tea Party Republicans in any news reports.

The Governor on the other hand was out front reminding them why they were sent to Washington and taking a lot of flack for doing so.
