Even though the California Republican primary has been pushed back to the political calendar Siberia of June, "more than one" Republican presidential candidate is likely to be in Napa on Aug.27 for the kickoff of the latest Tea Party Express bus tour.
That's the word from TP Express co-founder Sal Russo. He refused to tell us which ones -- preferring the candidates do the announcing themselves. But safe to say the likely visitors will be the Tea-Party-friendliest --

Most famous person I ever met at a TPE event was Jim Thompson.
Can they all fit in the same area?
Let everyone of them condemn the comments against the Tea Party after that crap. If they don’t condemn their colleges by name, then they can’t get money from us.
Joe Biden: “Nobody messes with Joe Biden!”
Jim Thompson: “I mess with Joe Biden.”
Joe Biden: “You’re a terrorist!”
Heh lol!

Thanks Norm!
When in Rome, the Romans do as Jim Thompson does.
Nascar would love a crowd that large at their races..
60,000 .. uhhh.. they have overflow, I’m sure.
You know they got plenty of cheese and wine.. and crackers.
Should be a good time!
I wonder if Thaddeus will show.. he voted Yes today..
What I am saying is there enough room on the stage for the many Republican candidates. LOL
Oh. the stage. Room? I sure hope so. 8-)
As to the 60,000 number,, ehhhh,, after a little research,, there may be some pastures nearby that could handle large numbers of folks,, but .. Looks like the main event will be in the street and public areas, where most revolutions begin. :-)
It’s date is between the Town and Country Fair in mid august and the Hawaiian Festival in early mid september so there should be ample facilities. Here’s to a good turn-out!

Did someone mention wine?

I consider myself a tea party type due to their common sense approach to things. I thought they represented the common man. The person who has had to close their business due to over regulation or banks tightening on lending. People who do the right thing instead of playing the system. Then I see that it costs $150 per person to attend your event. Guess it’s for the elite tea partiers. Have fun.
There are two events. One of them is free.
Wonderful WINOooooooo...
