For the most part black Democrats who look at government as a means to give them whitey's hard earned dollars to which they (johnson voters) feel a deep sense of entitlement. If the government's plunder and squander method were stopped these lazy worthless deadbeats would have to actually WORK for a living, and they just don't want to do that. As long as they can get their beer, dope, cigarrette and lotto ticket money without turning a finger to work, why work?
