Sure do hope so. Now she can run and take our country back.
Come on Sarah, RUN!
I’ll send money when you do.
So no matter how absurd the claim is, the state must respond to it? The “most ethical administration in history” doesn’t seem so similarly constrained.
“Texas makes losers pay for bringing frivolous lawsuits”
http://washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/2011/06/texas-makes-losers-pay-bringing-frivolous-lawsuits
The provision is included in the 2011 Omnibus Tort Reform Act Perry signed May 30. In addition to the loser-pays provision, the new law:
Allows a trial judge to send a question of law directly to the appellate court without requiring all parties to agree if a ruling by a court of appeals could decide the case.
Allows plaintiffs seeking less than $100,000 in damages to request an expedited civil action.
Allows a trial court to dismiss a frivolous lawsuit immediately if there is no basis in law or fact for the lawsuit.
Here is a link to the pathetic lump of jealous flesh that has been filing these bogus complaints.

I’m probably wrong, but I think this post signals Palin may soon be ready to announce.
This posting just seems almost out of place unless she were to tie it in to something bigger. *wink* *wink*
PTL!
There are laws against harassment and frivolous lawsuits now.
I have a queestion about this for anyone. When these “ethical” complaints were going on costing Alaska and the Palin lots of money and in the process defunding the Palin family of their wealth was there any consideration for the republican party to in any way help out Palin and the state of Alaska. It seems to me this is the chief reason she resigned. She figured she only had a little over a year to go in her term so she stepped down to save Alaska money and her family money plus she felt secure in doing this since she had confidenace in the Lt. Governor. Maybe if the national republican party had helped her out or defended her in some way she might still be the governor.
In dismissing this complaint, the Alaska Attorney Generals office outlines the illogic and absurdity of exempting former governors from complying with statutes they signed into law for two years after they leave office.
Also, in an attempt to understand it, I clicked on the AG's statement. However, page 2 of the AG's dismissal is missing from the pdf.
I had an argument about Sarah with a friend on FB and mentioned the phony ethics complaints. Her argument came down to they had to be true since they were filed.
There ought to be a law./s
