Speakin' of so'liar panels, in NJ some insider got a contract to put one on every telephone pole @ $1000 to $2000 each.
We'll never make that money back, and they wonder why we're broke (don't even get me started on the totally unneeded billion dollar international port being built).

Mirrorize the interior surface.
Point it at any liberal passing by to the south of you...
Of course, they have to pass through the focal point, but perhaps you could bait it. Put a copy of “Rules for Radicals” or “Mother Jones” on the ground in front of it.
