The term “Good Ole Boys” has been used by the feminists and other lefties to disparage all Southern men. Among Southern men themselves its a term of endearment. My uncles always call anyone they like or admire a good ole boy. So don’t be such a smartass.

My point was that ‘boy’ is a benign term generally, except for one race that considers it demeaning while at the same time calling those same ‘good ole boys’ honkys.
As a “Good Ole Southern Boy” myself (mostly raised in Ga.), I know very well about the endearment of being a ‘Good Ole Boy.’ Never minded being referred to as one and took it as welcome acceptance.
