A major government agency, even one that involves airplanes flying all over the US is shut down and the world didn’t end? Planes didn’t all fall out of the sky?
Why bother refunding it. What exactly are they doing, besides spending tax dollars.
I guess that whole 14th amendment nonsense can’t force the appearance of expired taxes.
