This is typical of Minnesota who, under Democrat leadership for years, can’t dish out free money to slugs fast enough. Now in the hole to the tune of billions Gov. Dayton’s answer isn’t to get a handle on programs like this but to “tax the rich.” So, governor, you get more taxes that way so more morons show up on shows like Judge Judy embarrassing the state and angering its taxpayers.
