Last time, she won a mistrial after swearing she didn't know what Mose Jefferson, her "very secretive" boyfriend of two decades, and his relatives were up to, and arguing that she wasn't obligated to investigate.
She knows him for 20 years and had no clue what he was up to? Yeah, right.

A former New Orleans councilwoman connected to a corruption-tainted ex-Louisiana congressman has been convicted of conspiring to loot more than $1 million from charities run with taxpayer money. Well it's not like it was a charity-charity.
I mean the money was just sitting there for the taking by a normal Naw'Lins Rat politician.
How could she possibly resist free money.
