PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. -- Prince William County filed a lawsuit today against the Department of Homeland Security, according to a county press release.
In 2007 the Prince William Board of County Supervisors passed an ordinance that requires county police officers to check the immigration status of anyone they arrest.
If police find that they have arrested someone who is in the country illegally, they turn that person over to the department for deportation.
To date the county has turned over more that 4,000 people over to DHS, the release stated.
After Carlos Martinelly Montano was charged in Aug. 2010 with killing a Benedictine nun while driving drunk in Prince William County, county officials became concerned that department was releasing illegal immigrants back into the community.
Police records show that Montano was previously convicted of drunken driving, identified as an illegal immigrant, handed over to DHS for deportation, subsequently released and was then given an employment authorization card, according to the release.

These efforts should be ramped up all over the country - forcing the issue. Illegal immigrants who are convicted of crime should absolutely be deported. Illegal immigrants are ALL criminals. Every single one of them. (except for the kids!)

Morales was first charged with felony child abuse and aggravated malicious wounding after police responded to his house in the 10800 block of Daisy Court on Oct. 17 for reports of a baby not breathing.
He was charged with felony murder after the baby died of his injuries a few weeks later.
According to court documents, Morales told police that he tripped while carrying the baby down the steps and dropped him.
Morales has been held without bond since then. Tuesday, because the trial was postponed, a judge agreed to release Morales on his personal recognizance to avoid violating his right to a speedy trial.
Morales is a citizen of Guatemala and, in addition to the criminal charge, is being held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.
You see that—a judge agreed to release Morales on his personal recognizance , could ice not of kept him in jail on a detainer if they were really serious about illegals ? Why exclude their children? Send them back with their parents. Letting them stay just gets them a good Marxist education in our public schools, gets them hooked up the the local Aztlan proponents, and insures that we have a continuing problem trying to clean house.
The kids should too because they were mostly born here under false pretenses.

Not just deported but they should have their kneecaps busted into fragments so that they may remember to keep out forever.

It is too much of a hassle (and expensive) to line up airplanes to deport these maggots. This is a large part of the reason that forced deportations are rare. Usually deportation is done voluntary if at all. Meaning you get a legal order of deportation and you comply with it. Deporting Mexicans is much easier. You just bus them back across the border.
When Mexicans are caught near the border they are arrested, processed by a court, then bussed back to Mexico. Mexicans are not deported from our interior states. When do you ever hear of illegals being caught in Minneapolis then forcibly deported to Mexico? This only happens if they are criminals and even then that is very iffy
I vote we load up Air Force 1 with illegals every time Zero heads west. They can dump them out and bus them the rest of the way. :)
When the Dems say that they want to only deport the dangerous criminal illegals, I wonder if they are including drunk drivers? There are many drunk drivers in the illegal alien community.
