I wrote him the other day just before the vote urging him to vote no on the debt ceiling bill that does nothing but expand big spending, big borrowing, big taxing big government while simultaneously diluting our fiscally responsible constitutional representative power in the House. The above letter was his wimpy excuse for his sellout vote.

Here's my reply:

Received your wimpy response regarding your debt limit sellout vote. Sorry, Jeff, you appear to be just another business as usual RINO. Big disappointment. Radanovich [my prior rep who retired last year] assured us you were a fiscal conservative. You apparently have no idea why we sent you to Washington. It was to STOP the runaway spending, borrowing and taxing!! With votes like this, you are the definition of EPIC FAIL!!

Get your act together or get OUT!!

We the TEA party will be watching and looking for a replacement.

Regards,

Jim Robinson

------------------------------------------------------------

As we all know, there was absolutely zero chance of default. That was simply a scare tactic being used by Obama and our money printing tax cheat, Timothy Geithner, who is now happily printing and giving away billions of dollars thanks to easily duped turncoats like Jeff Denham. We had Obama and the big spenders in a corner. Their only emergency was that they we're going to be forced into deciding what to cut in a big hurry. And if they effed up and cut the wrong things and pissed off the people, then their jobs would be in jeopardy. They we're scared witless and that's right where we wanted them.

When the people fear the government, we have tyranny. When the government fears the people, we have Liberty!!

But our cowardly turncoat friend Denham here and others like him ran up the white flag of surrender.

Well, we the TEA party people are now mad as HELL and we're not going to take it anymore!!

We have not yet begun to fight!!

This bill does nothing "to shrink a federal government that has done nothing but expand for the past 40 years." It does nothing to cut the budget. In fact, it allows just the opposite. It allows additional untold trillions in borrowing and spending (and future taxing because soon we will have to pay the piper). And sorry, Jeff, but allowing big debt, big spending now in exchange for promises of cuts down the road and a possible introduction of a balanced budget amendment is just silly. It's Denham's folly! WE'VE BEEN HERE BEFORE! IT DOESN'T WORK!! IT NEVER WORKS!! The spending happens now, but the promised future cutting never materializes!

This bill does NOTHING to hold the big spending president accountable and in fact DOES give him a blank check! Republicans and fiscally conservative dems (yeah, right) who voted for this crap are fools and IDIOTS!!

CUTS MUST TAKE PLACE NOW, IN REAL TIME!! And I mean REAL cuts, not just decreases in the rate of growth. Entire federal departments, agencies and programs must be cut and shuttered! For example, repeal ObamaCare!! Get the feds out of education, health and welfare! Get the feds out of all unconstitutional matters and return the functions to the states and the people! Shutter HUD! Shutter freddie and fannie! Shutter the EPA!! Shutter the TSA! Shut down the depts of Commerce and Energy! Shutter Homeland Security!! Stop the political subsidies and give aways!! Eliminate ALL political spending, ie, NPR, PlannedParenthood, ACORN, the unions, the UN, and all other unconstitutional federal spending on political causes! Stop the ridiculous federal wars against coal, oil, gas and energy. Stop the wars against our industry and our people!!

And for heaven's sake declare victory and bring our troops home!! We cannot defend other nations and bring freedom to other peoples when our own nation is being destroyed from within by our constitution loathing traitors aka politicians!! Our freedoms are being destroyed by our government and they are enslaving US!!

Only one way to win this war our big government is waging against we the people:

VOTE THE ROTTEN BASTARDS OUT!!

Obviously, they're not getting the message. They want to continue business as usual and in fact want to increase big government! This death spiral must end!!

2010 was just the opening salvo by the tea party!

I can see 2012 from my house and there's going to be political blood in the streets!!

RINOS and progressives are going to be shocked to see their pink slips!!

HOLD THE LINE!!

NO COMPROMISE!!

NO RETREAT!!

NO SURRENDER!!

NO DEALS WITH THE MARXIST BASTARDS!!

Rebellion is brewing!!

DON'T TREAD ON ME!!

I urge all FReepers and Tea Party patriots to jump on their congress critters like ducks on June bugs!! Let them know we're coming for them in 2012!! No more business as usual!!

Shock 'n Awe!!

Shut down the federal behemoth before they can shut us down!!

Well said, Jim. I fear the “fix” is in for this nation.

Alexander the Great, for all his faults, knew that one had to unite the few strongs with a collective of weaklings, somehow, in order to fully enjoy the realistic lot he had for his business.

In Congress we follow the Marxist language line of class division and a mandate of poor leadership of self satisfaction without any regards to not only absolutely unjust concessions (under the dirty corrupt words of compromise and bypartisanship), but outright stupid rhetoric of neglect between “the wants that create ballooning budgets” vs. the realities of enablers of budgets. When the enablers are dead, it is all fantasy. It is not about “charity” for the enablers or loving the “rich” who see no advantage in being given depreciated money that they gave in the first place cleaner and worthier.

These RINOs are like a bad daughter who takes a perfectly good car given to her by her father for her to get to school safely, sells it for a bow tie and then gives that bow tie to her dad as a birthday present.

“but she meant well!”, cry the ideologue evil “neighbors”, happy to support a poverty strike on the family.

The RINOs are either bitten by the stupid Zero bug, or they really are traitors of the same kind ready to shoot us in the back if we are not happy with their work.

I think we need Town Hall Meetings run by We, the People. If the politicians want to show up, fine, but we don’t need them to air our grievances, and demand government does what we tell them to.

My California representative, Tom McClintock, stood firm throughout the process -- voting "no" on all the House bills because they did not sufficiently address spending. Here is his e-mail to me following last weekend's votes to raise the debt ceiling. We need more Tom McClintocks and fewer RINOs in Congress:

Thank you for writing regarding the debt ceiling.

My guiding principles during the debt debate have been straightforward: put our nation's finances on a path to solvency, avoid a costly credit downgrade, and avert the coming debt crisis. Unfortunately, the bill that passed the House yesterday is unlikely to achieve any of these and so I opposed it.

While federal spending has exploded by 28 percent in the last three years, this bill will decrease spending in the first year by a mere 0.1 percent – little more than a rounding error in a government that will spend $48,000 per average family of four this year alone. It's little surprise that the credit agencies – which have called for around $4 trillion in deficit reduction to avert a downgrade – have so far been underwhelmed by the package.

Whether the U.S. credit rating will be downgraded remains to be seen. This much we know: Congress has squandered a golden opportunity to put our nation's finances on a firm footing, and in so doing, has left our nation at the mercy of the ratings agencies and our creditors.

Thank you for writing, and I look forward to hearing from you in the future.

Sincerely,
Tom

Denham and my rep, Frank Wolf, must use the same teleprinter. I get the same kind of lame replies as you.

My congressman voted against.

He is Randy Neugebauer.

He isn’t a Tea Partier, either, because he was elected before that grass roots movement caught fire. I would call him an old-school conservative.

In the Obamacare debate, when Bart Stupak D of Michigan decided to “stand up against abortion” then wimped out to Obama’s “executive order” trick, Randy was heard to say the words “baby killer” while on the House floor waiting in line to speak.

All “you know what” broke loose from the Dems.

Randy said he was referring to the bill’s provisions that would allow abortion payments and not to Stupak as an indiviual.

In every battle, there is one man.

There is one man who rallys the troops; one man who rushes to the front of the line, and picks up the muddy flag.

One man who first holds the flag aloft; one man who begins to wave it back and forth in large arcs, so that all may see it, and rally around it.

Jim. Thanks for being that man.

By golly, that letter is almost word for word identical to the one I got from my Dem. Sen. Rockefeller, after I blasted him a good one. I think they all have these letters already made up to fit both sides. No difference in the lot of them. Intense anger here.

Didn’t Denham come from Peter Frusetta’s old 28th district state assembly seat in Hollister?

I remember Frusetta was the only state legislator with his name listed in the phone book and he would actually answer and talk to you if you called!

I always thought Denham was kind of squishy on a few things...

Remember that dumb-ass Democrat Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky from Pennsylvania? She got into office by PROMISING her constituents that she would NEVER vote for tax increases. Sooner than you could shake a stick, the old bull males of the Democrat Party marched her sorry ass onto the floor and she voted for the largest tax increase in history. And in 1995, she was promptly voted OUT OUT OUT!

Denham has just had his Mezvinsky moment. As others have already noted, he was sent to WDC to STAND FIRM and RESIST the crap being heaped on us. Obviously, he thinks he is in a safe district, and that it was safe for him to stand with Obama, and against his voters. I hope that all Republicans return the crap to him and all the other cowards who will not fight the good fight.

That being said, and you know I mean this with all the desperation I can shout: Why aren't about 200 million Americans sitting bolt upright about 0300 with their faces pale and drained of blood, and terrified about what is happening? How in GOD'S HOLY NAME can all these people smile as their nation is quickly being driven to literal oblivion? I tell you in all the horror and truth I can muster Jim - I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND IT! GOD HELP US!

Jim,
I see I am not alone. My representative, Kenny Marchant, also
sold out and voted for the mess. I am trying to find someone
to run against him in the primary. So far no luck. Any
ideas on where or how to find a new representative?
