Class warfare is anathama to the Constitution. The Federal government has no authority to rob the "wealthy" to give to the poor--cannot be squared with the Takings Clause, and is a bastardized view of taxing authority. Don't concede the terms of the debate. CLASS WARFARE IS UNCONSTITIONAL!!
