I do believe someone in the administration or say Van Jones or someone like maybe a Father Pfleger or Rev. Wright that is close to the admin is telling these utes to do this.
I do not recall before Obama was in office hearing about these incidents except for the New Black Panthers voting
precincts incident. Oh add the New Black Panthers to my list above

You know, I hadn't thought of it before but you must be right. This has, really, only been transpiring at this level for a few months. Someone, somewhere helped these people start organizing and using the social media outlets to do it.
