Obama officials attack S&P's credibility after downgrade

I posted on another thread how shocked I was that a normal news broadcast (usually pro-Obama, pro-Communist) stated that he wanted to delay any budget cuts until after the 2012 election. I’d never heard that in clear, non-accented English before on the radio; somebody probably got executed for letting that by the censors...

Watching Anderson Cooper - much talk about how no one should “politicize” this and how important it is for politicians to all “work together”. He read a statement from Harry Reid saying this points out how much we MUST have a “balanced approach” with cuts AND raising revenues.

It's funny because now if S&P changes their downgrade back to AAA then investors will bail on them as unreliable and able to be pushed around by Obama.

Which is why they can't and won't do that. They sell one thing, their credibility.

The House, under Boehner, passed a plan with bipartisan support that would have averted this downgrade, with $4 trillion in cuts, and put us on the right path: "Cut, Cap & Balance" (HR 2560).

What did Obama & the obstructionist Senate say?

Harry Reid: "Over, Done, Dead"

I’ll never forget after the election how my cousin(far left loon) and his Mom(My Aunt) called our house hooting and howling about how Obama won..rubbing it in my face when they knew how much I hated his guts..now my aunt doesn’t even mention Obama’s name anymore. I’m already hearing news reports on leaders like Jim DeMint and Michelle Bachman calling for Geithner’s firing, which I support.

But the disturbing news I’m hearing is that John Corzine’s name is being tossed around as a replacement..and that CANNOT be allowed to happen. Another Goldman Sachs alumni, hedge fund owner and now, thanks to Chris Christie, an ex-governor of New Jersey. He’d finish the job for 0bama. Pop this trial balloon before it has time to flourish.

Of course, my pick would be Paul Ryan...but that won’t happen, either. At least for 18 more excruciating months.
