As I understand it, they will have the power to super select, from their own whittled ranks, the glorious UltraCommittee of five... whose mission will be to vote one more member off the Island of Responsibility... and those Fanstastic Four can then set about the serious business of anointing the Trinity of Budgetry... who will proclaim and prophesy the virtues of the Dynastic Duo... who will then don capes and tight shorts, dance the Ratusi until the other falls away... leaving The One!
Who will then decree himself to select a partner... to help him assemble a blue ribbon panel... whose job it will be to appoint a commission... which is to determine the best place and appropriate appetizers for a summit of experts in the field... who will be tasked with establishing a path to greater involvement of affected interests... at which time we will all be blessed with an opportunity to vote for a Congress that will DO THEIR F’ING JOB!
