I never could figure out Coulter’s crush on Christie but then she is good buds with Bill Maher so who knows?

To me, any candidate for president who doesn’t take the jihadist threat seriously is automatically out of the running.

Number One requirement for me also.

Judge Mohammed: ... "Case dismissed, self-defense. AND I award you $ 500,000.00 for wrongful prosecution."

Two observations about Christie:

(1) There is no denying that the man can count, and that he is strong and articulate on fiscal issues.

(2) There are too many red flags that pop up around him with regard to social and cultural issues, and the number keeps rising

I agree. Governor Christie is clearly a 'fiscal conservative' and is doing some good work on that front in his state but beyond economic issues, Christie appears to be far from conservative. His bluster is fun to watch at times but when he uses it to deflect perfectly legitimate questions and attempts to quash any criticism of a questionable judicial appointment, it is off-putting. Why Ann Coulter seems to want Christie to run for president is a mystery. Knowing Ann's penchant for hyperbole and her sardonic wit, I suspect she is just having some fun. I'm sure we'll all find out, soon. Besides, Christie is going to be hard to promote for president if he keeps making these kinds of poor decisions, then tries to bully his way out of answering the questions they raise.

I am so tired of people getting elected on lies. How are they able to live with themselves?

Ann is more of a gadfly than a principled conservative.

"This “sharia-law business is crap . . . and I’m tired of dealing with the crazies!” So blustered Chris Christie."

To Christie: That's why your fat, humongous, RINO butt will not be elected President of this United States of America. Good grief man, go on a diet!

Her support of this RINO and GOPROUD says it all to me, she is a RINO in conservative garb.

The time is now, now is when the enemy will show who they are and we who have been decieved will be decieved no longer.

Sear the conscience long enough and you won’t feel a thing . . .

I think Chrisite is sinking fast. His 15 minutes of fame are winding down.
***********************************************************

Wrong. I live in NJ and I can tell you this. No matter how liberal my neighbors are they are delighted with the fact their taxes have not gone up (again) and even more delighted with the return of the Homeowners rebate program for those over 65 (there are tons of them in NJ and they ALL vote.

Almost exclusively they are happy with his treatment of the teachers unions and more then a few are amazed (and not happy) at the benefits they enjoy and which the tax payer foots the bill.

These people have seen their taxes go up in monstrous leaps and bounds under Democrat Gov and to them Christie is a cool breeze in a burning desert. The lib media may scream and wring it’s collective hands as they paint Christie with their “extremist” brush but when it comes time to go into the voting booth their own wallet is what the voters (here and elsewhere as well) are thinking about.

bluster can apparently make a conservative heartthrob out of a pol whose bite is bipartisan moderate

Ann Coulter is the prime example of someone who confuses Christie's bluster for conservative bite. But then again she's always been more than a bit confused about most things.
