I recall the investigation showed that to be false.
As to your other allegations, I don't know so I cannot pronounce judgment.
Investigations also showed that Bill Clinton didn't perjure himself.
McCain took his family on multiple vacations to Keating's place in the Bahamas (documented on many news media outlets of record, including The Arizona Republic, The Phoenix Gazette, and even The Economist magazine).
In exchange, McCain joined four Democrat senators (together, the Keating Five) in pressuring Federal regulators to back off investigations into Keating's savings and loan, which subsequently failed at a cost of $2 billion (in 1989 dollars) to the U.S. taxpayer.
After getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar, McCain finally began to reimburse Keating, but he only paid part of the cost of the opulent vacations that Keating provided for him. Hell, he claimed that he thought his wife Cindy (who, by the way, had already started stealing prescription drugs from the charitable organization that she was running) had made the reimbursements to Keating; he never reported any of them on his Senate disclosure forms nor did he report them on his Federal income tax returns, as required by law. (Sounds just like "Turbo Tax Timmy" Geithner!)
As to your other allegations, I don't know so I cannot pronounce judgment.
They are all documented here on FR.
Try a FR search, or perhaps FReepers bokababe and exit82 will educate you about McCain's support for the al-Qaeda affiliate in Kosovo and McCain's abandonment of U.S. POWs and MIAs in Vietnam, respectively.
Oh, and by the way - FUJM!!! Traitor!!!
All of it is true. Posted ad-nauseum here. Just the tip of the iceberg really.
