Congress voted 97-0 on Obama’s budget.

When Obama speaks of Political Discourse, he fails to recognize that the majority of producers/achievers are not participating in his ‘central planning’ scheme.

It’s called impeachment. There doesn’t have to be a legal reason to do so. The House has the votes to, even if the Senate won’t go for actual removal.
