I think she is refering to her girl Casey Anthony, who despite being found not-guilty (a legal term) is a murderer of her child.
Many freepers were quite upset at the outcome of the trial down in Florida in which a mother was accused of murdering her daughter. They wanted the mother and the jury members punished.
