CHICAGO A court says two Americans who worked for an Iraqi contracting firm can move forward with a lawsuit accusing former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld of being responsible for U.S. forces allegedly torturing them.
The ruling Monday from the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago a rejects arguments that Rumsfeld should be immune from such lawsuits for work performed as a Cabinet secretary.

No. 1 suit would be the institution of the ROE that has gotten so many of our heroes killed or hurt; No. 2 the economic collapse occasioned by numbnuts various programs including Obamacare; No. 3 suit for restitution of all vacation costs; No. 4 restitution of all costs associated with the various czars; No. 5 recovery of all losses due to TARP and any of the other "stimulus" programs; No. 6 restitution of all moneys given to unions; and the list goes on. Should pretty well tie up the rest of this regime's tenure.
