Amazing they call it 'cluelessness' - when our financial mess is 'by BHO design' all along. I'd say the author is the one who is clueless. They may make headway if they start calling it what it is...Death to America in action by design.

As tempting as it is to think it’s deliberate, I defer to Occam’s Razor. He really does come across as someone who has risen far above his level of incompetence. If anyone did have a plan to destroy the USA, it would be the people who sold Obama as a leader since it is obvious that he is easy to manipulate.
