I was just reading reports on the BBC web site and the British Home Secretary says these riots are "totally unacceptable". Wow.....such strong language. That should put the miscreants in their place.

Reports of rioting are coming in from Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool.

If Her Majesty's Constabulary can't straighten out this mess and anarchy spreads, I'm wondering if the Muslims might step in and start to enforce their own version of law and order in their own areas.

The British public might rather welcome this, if it is the only alternative to anarchy.
