The above is how it should read - since it is not “racial” but rather “black” mob violence. Moreover, race represents identified groups of people: negro, Caucasian; oriental, etc.
As such, if “whites” were to engage in mob violence, they it could also be said that to identify such violence would also be “race baiting”.

The left used to say that people riot and commit crime out of frustration because The Man is keeping them down. They've given up on that fairy tale and instead demonize conservatives for recognizing a social problem.

The biggest problem conservatives have is we have our eyes open. Liberals go through life with eyes closed and hands over ears... The term 'delusional' comes to mind.
