Oh heck no. Urban folk go through cell phones like you wouldn’t believe. They pay about 3 months on a plan and then stop paying. When the phone gets cut off, they go get another.
Their daily use is measured in hours, not minutes. You learn a lot sitting next to the kiosk while waiting for the wife to finish shopping.

Well if a yute has a free phone that is not traceable to them, and the black market will pay them 2 or 3 hundred dollars for it, I suspect they will sell it and buy a smart phone.
I do know how much a teenage uses a cell. I have a couple.
