People who rate themselves as very smart, quite often are not smart enough to recognize their limitations. Smart people know that there is always someone smarter (sadder but wiser effect.)
On American Idol the bad singers think they are great and the great ones have humility. I assume this may be because a bad singer has a tin ear and truly can’t hear how bad he is, while a musically inclined person is able to hear even his own flaws. The same is true with intelligence. A really smart person recognizes his own shortcomings while an inferior mind sails along thinking he is brilliant.
He's smart enough. He realized early the advantage he could take of the “system” with what he was given. I still believe that Frank Marshall Davis is his bio father...he was told this after the week long visit (the only one) with Barack, Sr. He purposefully chose to ride the “my father the Harvard educated African”. I imagine he got lots of goodies with that. If he had gone with the reality...that his dad was just an old scumbag Chicago Commie that wrote porn? Well, that wouldn't play so well—nor gotten him all the help he got along the way.
I LOVE that some Dems are crowing about how bad Gov. Perry's grades were. It just makes it more glaring that Barry won't pony his up.
One day, pretty soon, I predict—This whole house of cards that is his public persona is going to fall apart. And it will probably be caused by something like a little kid publicly claiming him to be nekkid!
I can't wait for this person and his grifter wife to be exposed. I have faith that it will happen.

I resent VERY MUCH articles like this one and authors like this one ... ONLY NOW saying what should have been said, ONLY NOW making observations that should have been made long ago!!
Panicky, bullied, ethically wobbly journalists and other MSM personnel who are the supposed watchdogs of our political process were (remain) afraid of their own shadow when assessing “O’s” fitness for the Presidency!! It’s the same whenever these people assess the credentials of ANY minority whose suitability OUGHT to be conscientiously evaluated, like everyone ELSE!!!
This is emotional blackmail and American voters deserve a more responsible and honorable ‘watchdog’. As it is, there is NOTHING to keep candidates honest.
Obama is smart in the same way that Jimmy Carter was smart.
