Please. Solders and their family members have been on tv forever. If a terrorist wanted to harm someone they could/already be here in the states and do so.

Next, we will black out the names of our police force, just in case the populace is outraged by their actions.

You're kidding, right? There are ALL sorts of protections for the local police force. Just try visiting one as a census taker for a real education.

These aren't regular soldiers doing a 2 year hitch in a regular division; these are highly specialized troops who participate in unconventional warfare. To expose their families is insane. By all means let's give them the same protection we give the local police.
