I have always contended that “hate” crimes can only be prosecuted when a minority is being assaulted by whitey.
There is no such crime as a “hate crime” when a minority is assaulting whitey. How could anyone think that the poor innocent minority could ever hate anyone? That was the whole idea behind the liberals and minorities pushing for “hate” crime legislation. To punish whitey if he attacks a minority, but to look the other way, if the minority attacks whitey. What is so hard to understand about that legislation?

Your assessment is correct, minorities are afforded the freedom to do what they want to whites, irrespective of motive, and they will not face the same sentence

It’s almost as if we could be approaching a time when it becomes impossible to convict black “yoots” of anything, and their sentences will be short even if they are convicted.
However, whites who simply say the wrong word in anger will face harsh prison sentences.
Carried to its logical conclusion, this trend will continue until the penalty for “racism” (and we all know what race you have to be in order to be guilty of such a crime) will be life in prison, or quite possibly, death — the ONLY time capital punishment will still be imposed.

I believe that is exactly what the black racists like Obama and Holder would like to see. They would like nothing better than for fed-up whites to push back against blacks in a violent way while they have the power of the federal government to retaliate.

On the upside, this display couldn’t have aided the recall elections for Dems. Who wants to protect the job of a Union Police Officer who feels that beating of whites by minorities is beneath his pay grade.
